Dive Centre Reservations Coordinator

We’re looking for a Dive Centre Reservations Coordinator to be the friendly voice and efficient organiser behind our guest bookings in Nusa Lembongan. You’ll be the first point of contact for divers from around the world — guiding them through their bookings, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and helping create unforgettable dive experiences.

This role starts with supporting our Lembongan dive centre, but it’s designed to grow. In time, you’ll help support Emperor’s wider network across Indonesia, the Red Sea, and the Solomon Islands.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to booking enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Guide guests through packages, confirm bookings, and manage communication from first enquiry to post-trip follow-up.

• Maintain booking records, process invoices, and support on-site guest check-ins and walk-ins.

• Liaise with the operations team on daily logistics, transfers, and special requests.

• Prepare weekly reports (bookings, payments, schedules)

• Contribute to cross-centre reservations support as the role expands.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• Customer service experience in tourism, hospitality, service or dive centre operations. 

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Strong numerical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and use initiative to solve problems.

• Excellent multitasking and communication skills across multiple channels.

• Familiarity with dive centre operations and PADI certifications.

• Confident using booking platforms, email tools, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.

• Organised, detail-focused, and proactive.

A bonus if you have:

• Previous experience supporting multiple locations or regions.

• Familiarity with reservation management and CRM systems.

• Additional languages (especially Bahasa Indonesia, German, or French).

Location & Working Hours:

This role is based on-site at our Lembongan dive centre. Standard hours are 8:00–18:00 local time, five days a week, with some flexibility required to support team operations.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
