We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Transport & Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team in Wadi Sabarah. If you’re a problem-solver with a knack for planning and a love for keeping things running smoothly, this could be your perfect role.
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy seamless journeys — from airport transfers and hotel shuttles to dive centre trips and unforgettable excursions. You’ll be the central link between drivers, guides, reception teams, and our operations office, making sure every detail is taken care of.
Plan and manage daily transport schedules based on bookings.
Coordinate with drivers, reception, and tour guides to deliver smooth operations.
Arrange trip logistics, including food, fuel, and guest briefings.
Keep everyone informed when plans change — and make sure guests are never left waiting.
Oversee guest arrivals and departures for hotel, safari, and boat trips.
Maintain accurate schedules, reports, invoices, and guest feedback.
Experience in logistics or transport planning.
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
A confident communicator who can coordinate multiple teams.
Ability to adapt quickly and make practical decisions under pressure.
Comfortable using Excel or reservation systems for scheduling.
Flexible, proactive, and happy to work in a dynamic tourism environment.

This role is based on-site at our Wadi Sabarah dive centre. Standard hours are 8:00–18:00 local time, six days a week, including out-of-hours support and contact.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
