Emperor Divers is looking for a remote Liveaboard Consultant in the GMT -5 time zone to provide timely support for guests during Americas business hours, while also covering late afternoon and evening hours in Europe.
As a Liveaboard Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for guests and agents, offering tailored advice on destinations, itineraries, and bookings. You’ll ensure a seamless experience from first enquiry to final booking, all while upholding our high service standards and following company procedures.
Handle reservation enquiries & bookings across email, WhatsApp, live chat, and social media.
Provide tailored liveaboard recommendations while ensuring consistency with company policies.
Manage bookings and payments, sending confirmations and pre-trip information.
Deliver exceptional guest service; addressing concerns, and escalating issues when needed.
Communicate guest preferences to operations teams for smooth trip execution.
Drive sales by identifying upsell opportunities and promoting current offers.
Ensure timely, personalised responses during Americas business hours (GMT -5).
Must-Have
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Proven customer service experience.
Strong numerical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and use initiative to solve problems.
Excellent multitasking and communication skills across multiple channels.
Experience working remotely.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Bonus If You Have
Additional languages such as Spanish or German.
Experience in travel, hospitality, or diving industry.
Familiarity with reservation management and CRM systems.
