Are you a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for adventure and the ocean?
We’re looking for a creative, detail-focused Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team in Bali.
You’ll help shape how the Emperor brand looks and feels across the world — creating original designs that work across a range of formats, from web banners and brochures to branded merchandise and boat signage. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with others, takes initiative, and is inspired by the diving and travel industry.
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll work on a wide range of brand materials, including:
Designing visuals for digital channels (web banners, newsletters, email headers, adverts)
Creating posters, brochures, signage and other print materials for liveaboards and dive centres
Designing visuals for exhibitions and trade shows
Supporting merchandise concepts (t-shirts, bags, tags)
Producing internal communications such as branded templates and documents
Developing original visual concepts and design elements that reflect the tone of each campaign or destination
Maintaining and evolving the Emperor brand identity across formats and markets
Liaising with printers and production suppliers to ensure high-quality outputs
Collaborating with the sales, marketing, and destination teams to create effective, localised campaigns
We’re looking for someone who’s both creative and practical — who brings great ideas to the table and can follow through on execution with precision.
You’ll need:
3–5 years of proven experience in graphic design (print and digital)
A strong portfolio showing multi-format design work
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Able to create original design work (not just rely on templates or pre-made assets)
Confidence working within brand guidelines, with the judgement to adapt or evolve them when needed
Experience preparing files for print and liaising with printers
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage your time and meet deadlines without close supervision
Clear communication skills and openness to feedback
Bonus if you have:
Experience designing for exhibitions or trade shows
Experience creating or evolving brand identities
Worked with multicultural or international teams
A passion for diving or travel
Competitive salary based on experience.
A vibrant, supportive work environment.
The chance to be part of a well-known brand in the global dive industry.
Location: Office-Based, Bali, Indonesia.
Days and Hours of Work: 5 days a week, 9 hours per day.
Closing Date: 15th August 2025
