As the Human Resources Manager for our Indonesia and Maldives operations, you will play a key role in shaping HR systems, verifying data, and working closely with the Chief Administrative Officer to implement Emperor's policies, ensuring compliance with local labour laws while overseeing all aspects of HR operations and talent acquisition.
Employee Records Management: Set up and maintain employee lists, ensuring accurate HR records and system updates.
Policy Implementation: Collaborate with the Chief Administrative Officer to implement policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with Emperor’s standards.
HR Operations: Manage HR operations, including contracts, payroll, leave management, and recruitment for our Indonesia and Maldives operations.
Employer Branding & Engagement: Develop programs to strengthen our employer brand, enhance company culture, and lead employee engagement initiatives.
Training & Development: Implement employee training and development programs to foster growth and improve performance.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with local labour laws, address grievances, and report HR metrics to senior management.
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support strategic HR decisions.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international team environment.
Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations, particularly within Indonesia.
Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, ideally within a multinational or remote-first environment.
BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MSc/MA in Human Resources is a plus.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
Location: Office-Based, Bali, Indonesia.
Days and Hours of Work: 5 days a week, 9 hours per day.
