Emperor Divers is looking for a dedicated Dive Centre Office Administrator to join our team at the Wadi Sabarah Lodge in Marsa Alam, Egypt. This role is perfect for someone with a flair for guest service and admin, who thrives in a dynamic, close-knit team.
The Dive Centre Office Administrator role is essential to ensure the smooth running of daily diving operations and maintain excellent guest relations. This position involves managing inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and supervising daily counter and boat operations, guest check-ins, and store inventory. The aim is to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Daily Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day diving operations and guest check-in procedures. Coordinate with dive guides, update the boat dashboard, and maintain accurate guest charts and reservation lists.
Guest Services & Communication: Respond to guest inquiries. Ensure timely and accurate updates on the boat dashboard and special trip schedules. Liaise with the transportation department to arrange efficient guest transfers.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols. Verify all required guest documents are complete and accurate, monitor service quality to ensure compliance with company standards.
Billing and Inventory Management: Prepare and review billing and generate daily income reports. Conduct daily/monthly store inventory and collaborate with the purchasing department for inventory management.

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or diving sectors.
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs.
Experience with guest services, scheduling, invoicing, and inventory management.
Comfortable with basic IT troubleshooting and quick to learn new systems.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); German language skills are an advantage.
