As a Community & Digital Content Assistant, you’ll create and manage dynamic content across social media, blogs, and newsletters, ensuring it reflects our brand and marketing goals. From engaging with online communities to supporting digital campaigns, you’ll help elevate our online presence, boost brand awareness, and drive customer interaction.
Content Creation & Scheduling (50%)
Writing captions and creating visuals for posts.
Scheduling and publishing content across platforms.
Ensuring all content aligns with our brand tone and messaging.
Community Management & Engagement (20%)
Responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
Managing customer queries and directing them to the right team.
Monitoring trends and engaging with relevant conversations.
Content Repurposing & Coordination (20%)
Adapting content for different platforms (e.g., turning an Instagram post into a LinkedIn post).
Coordinating with the design team to ensure branding consistency.
Ad-hoc Support & Admin (10%)
Assisting with content planning and brainstorming.
Helping to coordinate influencer or partnership opportunities.
Help manage the content calendar
Skilled in creating engaging written, visual, and video content
Experience in fostering online engagement and building brand loyalty
Knowledge of social media trends and content strategies
Ability to collaborate with teams to align content with marketing goals
Comfortable using data to improve content performance
Strong understanding of maintaining brand consistency
High attention to detail in all content creation
At least 1 year of experience in digital content creation or social media management (preferably in travel or leisure)
Strong understanding of the Emperor brand, services and destinations including guest experience is critical
Familiarity with social media tools, CMS, and basic design software
Passion for scuba diving or travel is a plus
Salary: Negotiable, based on skills and experience.
Days and Hours of Work: 4 days per week + alternate weekends, 9 hours per day.
