    3.  An Empathy Circle serves as a highly structured, foundational practice that cultivates Empathy through mutual Active Listening among a small group of participants. In contrast, Dynamic Facilitation builds upon that empathetic foundation, utilizing a more fluid, non-linear approach to guide groups through complex, emotionally charged problems toward creative, collaborative consensus.
