Do An Empathy Circle Marathon
to explore what it means to speak and listen more deeply in the Empathy Circle.
When people first enter an Empathy Circle, literal or word-for-word reflection is a wonderful, grounding place to start. It establishes safety and ensures the speaker is heard accurately. However, an Empathy Circle has the potential to go much deeper.
This 2 -hour mastery workshop is designed for practitioners who want to move beyond simple mirroring and transition into Deep Active Empathic Listening and authentic, vulnerable speaking and listening. You will learn how to listen for the unsaid—the underlying feelings, meanings, core values, and felt expercnes—and how to speak from a place of deeper presence. By shifting from literal repetition to resonant reflection, we unlock the true transformative power of the Empathy Circle.
