In an effort to widely spread and grow the empathy movement, Create an empathy training curriculum where all the modules lesson plans are available for anyone to use for hosting trainings.
Create tools and trainings to make it as easy as possible for people to host empathy training modules.
Create a continues growth and iterative improvement framework for the curriculum.
People hosting the trainings will be able to charge for it. One of our goals is to create a income source for people holding empathy trainings.

( ) Create an Empathy Summit Series for trainers to give an outline of their training. We held one in 2023 (A Review of Empathy Training Programs From Around the World.) where we had Empathy Trainers give a presentation about their trainings. Do another series in 2027 and tie it into the Empathy Movement Curriculum.
( ) Get a Learning Program Manager or an Instructional Project Manager. This individual acts as the bridge between the vision and the technical team of designers and developers.

Capstone: Excellent Regional and Online Programs - Partnering with a university instructional design program is an excellent way to build out your modules. These programs are highly active in the instructional design community and frequently produce award-winning student projects.
