One of the primary goals in our technology plan is the use of Nearpod, an interactive tool for the classroom that aims to improve student engagement and individualized learning. The main dates, tasks, and deadlines associated with the effective incorporation of Nearpod within our instructional framework are outlined in this timeline. We establish a Technology Integration Team to start the preliminary planning process. Next up is professional development, where we train teachers through workshops. After that, we test the integration process in a few classes through a pilot program and gathered input. After that, we implement Nearpod throughout the entire school, with teachers integrating it into their curricula. A help desk and extra training sessions will be used to offer ongoing support and troubleshooting. Lastly, we carry out an analysis to determine how successful Nearpod integration is.
