Background
Blended learning techniques have allowed SMEM to provide the greatest content variety in a time sensitive program where virtual leaning is provided to create a level of consistent baseline knowledge in a pace best guided by induvial learning styles. These programs can be stand alone programs but work better when paired with hands on skills programs.
