Preparing Life Cycle Cost Analysis reports, Determining amounts owing to the Contractor under the Contract based on the Architect's observations and evaluation of the Contractor's application(s) for payment; Issuewing certificates for payment, Determining the date of Substantial Performance of work; Verifing the validity of the Contractor's application for final payment to Issue a certificate of final payment...etc.
