One of our associate architects and/or engineers will contact you to arrange for a "FREE FIRST MEETING" visiting you at the very comfort of your own place, or if you are at a far distance beyond the outreach of our associate then he/she can meet with you via an On-Line Live meeting session
During this free meeting our associate will discuss your project requirements, needs, constraints, life cycle, create a quick design Program, and write a "Project Problem statement"
Our associate will then send the minutes of your first meeting with him/her to our head office in Canada together with the "Project problem statement" for review by the ELGA projects board
ELGA projects board will review your project problem statement, the minutes of your first free meeting, and our associate's report describing whether you will be a serious client
You will be offered free access to our ELGA on-line environment where you will be able to see on-line presentations of your project's design scheme(s) that we developed for you and by the help of our associate
Within your free access to our ELGA on-line environment you should decide whether you will proceed to sign a contract with us. If you fail to notify our associate with your decision before the end of the live session. You do not have a Contract agreement with us. Accordingly, your account will expire automatically and you will be no longer able to access our On-line environment and see your project design schemes.
Once our associate notifies ELGA head office of your decision to enter in agreement with us to render our services to you and after you sign the contract with us, your Account Status will Change from "Temporary" to "Active" according to your Contract Provisions, and you will be able to view more details and all you need to keep track of your project with us until we successfully deliver the building to you
A Non-disclosure agreement (NDA), also known as a confidentiality agreement (CA), is a legal contract between at least two parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but wish to restrict access to or by third parties. It is a contract through which the parties agree not to disclose information covered by the agreement. An NDA creates a confidential relationship between the parties to protect any type of confidential and proprietary information or trade secrets. As such, an NDA protects non-public business information. NDAs are commonly signed when two companies, individuals, or other entities (such as partnerships, societies, etc.) are considering doing business and need to understand the processes used in each other's business for the purpose of evaluating the potential business relationship. NDAs can be "mutual", meaning both parties are restricted in their use of the materials provided, or they can restrict the use of material by a single party. You will be signing an On-Line Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the first time you use your free 10-Days account. Please note that you should be signing this form with the help of the ELGA - Associate who initiated the first meeting with you, and during his/her presence, The 10 days temporary account will not be activated until we receive our associate approval to pursue with you together with the copy of your signed (NDA).
(NDA) Provisions will be in force starting the "Date of your signing the form which is the same date of your first free consultation meeting with us or one of our associates"
(NDA) Provisions will continue to remain in force during your 10 days free temporary On-Line access to design schematics introduced to you by ELGA
(NDA) Provisions will continue to remain in force during your active On-Line account period, After you sign a contract with us, during the construction process of your building, and up to 120 years after delivering the turn key to your building
(NDA) Provisions will continue to remain in force up to 120 years even in case you decided not to enter in agreement with us after the expiration of your 10 days free access to design schematics introduced to you by ELGA
Please also note that we do not sell designs or sketches. Presentation materials offered during temporary free accounts are restricted with limitations. They were planned only to transfer initial ideas that help you take a decision to sign a contract with us. They are usually not good for construction and cannot be implemented at any stage of the construction process including early design schematics.
