Building inspection is one of our unique services, and assessment of existing building conditions; We offer three types of inspection services and the preparation of inspection reports
ONE: Inspection of existing facilities: Inspecting and creating assessment reports for existing building conditions, we may also provide extended support for paperwork including contacting with municipal offices regarding the assessment results and inspection reports upon client's request
TWO: On-site Inspection during the construction phases for buildings under construction: In some cases our clients may request our monitoring and frequent inspection of a construction work in progress, when a matter of trust arises between the client and parties responsible for a construction work in progress; we may play the role of an external consultant, and provide our opinion, and necessary referendum assistance in case of arbitration upon client's request.
THREE: Extended Inspection Service Over Warranty Period: We may also offer inspection services after the completion of the construction process extended over warranty period, here are few examples: Receive from the Contractor and forward to the Client for the Client's review the written Warranties, Provide and coordinate letters of assurance as applicable prior to the end of the warranty period, Review any defects or deficiencies which have been observed and reported during that period, etc.
