Phishing - the practice of tricking internet users (as through use of deceptive emails or websites) into revealing personal or confidential information which can be used illicitly. (Merriam-Webster)
Ransomware - is a type of malicious software that encrypts or locks a victim's data or device, demanding ransome for its release. (Wikipedia)
