• I learned the protocol for sending an effective email (Start with a greeting, state the purpose, add key details, close politely, don't send midnight rants and expect a response. *Tone matters* (Professor Noone).

• I learned to set up signature files.

• I learned how to create rules to manage your email inbox.

• Once completed, we had to send a professional email to our professor.
