Spaced Practice:Â
Spaced practice allows students to learn concepts in small "chunks" that are spaced out over time, instead of all at once. It isn't always review (spiral review), but can be. It may also include some frontloading (teaching small concept chunks before you get to the big concept so students are ready) and might also be the small practice that takes care of exposing students to supporting learning targets (learning targets from the core that aren't the main focus of the grade).
