While it may be time for an upgrade, there are often things that can be done on a regular basis to keep your system fine tuned for maximum performance or you may just have a setting (or two) that needs adjusting. Worse case scenario, you have malware or some other type of security intrusion so you need your system 'cleaned' for it to be properly used again. ('Cleaning' a system may mean running some key system tool or reinstalling some key applications. At its worse, 'cleaning' may involve a full system recovery - i.e. reinstalling the MS Windows operating system, then loading your backed up data files, applications, and system tools.) Maintenance and Performance Tools

Our Maintenance and Performance Tools Service takes the drudge out of handling routine IT computer tasks needed to keep your system running top notch and virus free.

Rather than taking time from your busy schedule to manage routine IT maintenance - like backups, defragging (a key performance step), full system security scans, etc. - we take care of it when it's most convenient for you, without your involvement.

Cost: $15/hour or $35/month (you are guaranteed 4 sessions/month)

Networking Assistance

With our Networking Assisting Service, we can help you gain the advantages of a home/office local area network (LAN), which allows all of your computers to "talk" to each other so that files can be passed back and forth and shared.

We can also assist you with installing a Network Attached Storage (NAS) drive that can be shared by all your computers to ease backup needs and access to key files so all your computers can access it, and you no longer have to go to each computer to find a particular file or back up each computer separately.

If you have a printer, it it too can be shared with multiple printers - and accessed from anywhere in your home or office -either wired to the LAN or wirelessly.

Cost: One-time setup fee $55 (however long it takes) or at our billable standard hourly rates.

Problem Solving for Hardware and Software

If your system is running slowly or has some other ailment, maybe we can help. This service is for diagnosing and fixing computer issues and restoring your computer to its peak performance.

We can address all types of issues - whether it's a setting that needs adjusting, malware that needs to be removed, or some other ailment that needs to be rectified. We can't promise we'll be able to fix everything, but our service will be discounted if we don't. With a 12 year history of helping customers solve their pressing IT issues, we have a 98- 99% track record of correcting all issues received.

Cost: $20/hour for the first 5 hours of problem solving, $15/hour after the first five.

Where, when, and how

Whenever possible, our services are handled remotely. Many hardware related issues can be resolved remotely, but some may require replacement or repair. We will advise you on a solution depending upon your circumstances. Typically, you don't have to be there when we investigate the issues you want corrected or when maintenance is conducted. All online work is completed when it's most convenient for you.
