This policy describes el Consulting LLC’s practices and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Site and the choices you have associated with that data. By using this Site and submitting any personal information, you agree to the use of such data in accordance with this policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that is gathered or collected offline.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies (small text files placed on your device) and similar tracking technologies to:
Store your preferences and settings. A persistent cookie may remain on your computer after you close your browser so that it can be used by your browser on subsequent visits; this prevents you from having to reset preferences with each visit. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser’s directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser.
Analyze the usage and performance of the Site. We may use collected data to count information such as unique visitors to a webpage and to understand how visitors use our Site. We also want to ensure the Site performance is optimal and has the necessary resources to support fluctuating User traffic to the Site. To understand uses, your location, including general information (e.g., IP address, zip code) and more specific information (e.g., GPS-based functionality on mobile devices used to access the Site), may be collected. The location data helps us customize the Site with location-based information and features.
Monitor the Site for security and Terms of Service breaches. We may use cookies to detect fraud and abuse of our Site’s Terms of Service Agreement.

We will obtain, correct, limit, and/or delete any personal information that is not required for us to meet legal or business obligations.
Controlling Device Information. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, however, some features of our Site may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies and other similar technologies are disabled.
Location data. If you access our Site through a mobile device and do not want your device to provide us with location based information, you can turn off GPS or other location-tracking functions on your device if your device allows this capability.
