"He is a very patient and good teacher, explaining concepts in a very logical and easy-to-understand conversation. For abstract concepts, he used examples from everyday life, and analogies that I could understand!...I never felt rushed or intimidated. By the time I was doing it on my own, I felt very confident and what he taught me was very useful."

"He has actually ordered and assisted me with ordering desktop computers, monitors, storage, a local network, and linked my computers together. In addition, and amazingly so, has solved just about every problem or issue I could not resolve that has come up. I have also learned how to use basic Excel to manage my banking on my computer. Overall, he has shown great patience while on my computer remotely and guided me all the way, step by step. "

"I have been tutoring with this amazing man for over a year now, and his patience has kept me going! I started out learning about file management so I can save my pictures and other files without losing them! I now can save pictures from all my devices (iPhone, iPad, iCloud), as well as from my email, directly from the internet, and via Skype too! My latest training has been on Excel so I can track and manage my bank account and all my credit cards, on the computer, getting live data from online regularly. "
