Since we started together many years ago, he has solved just about every problem or issue that I came upon (hardware and software), for which most of these I could not come close to resolving on my own. Overall, he has shown great patience while on my computer remotely and guided me all the way, step by step.

I have been tutored on my computers under the care of Vincent at el Consulting now for over a decade! Early on, being a complete novice, I learned how to use my computer effectively, and with very low frustration levels, which was NOT the case when I started. He set up all my key software, such as the anti-virus product, MS Office, email thru Thunderbird as well as email via web browsers (such as Yahoo email), how to manage and organize my files, and never loose files again!

Raoul, Houston, TX

Vincent is pretty detail oriented and he’s helped get me more organized. Everybody that uses a computer at home or at work should really be backing up their data on a regular basis and he has a great software tool for doing that. He also has a nice system of saving any apps that I’ve downloaded and installed, so they’ll be usable in the future if I ever buy a new computer or I replace the C: drive.
