1. • Roosters require the same secure, predator-proof housing as hens, with adequate space to roam and roost.

   • Ensure your housing complies with local regulations, especially if you live in an area with restrictions on rooster ownership.

Crowing Habits:

1. • Roosters naturally crow as part of their behavior, which may occur throughout the day and sometimes early in the morning. Be prepared for this and consider your neighbors when deciding to bring a rooster into your flock.

Acclimation Period:

1. • Like hens, roosters may need time to adjust to their new environment. Minimize handling during this period to help them settle in comfortably.

No Returns Policy:

1. • Once purchased, roosters cannot be returned.
