THEY NEED HEAT!
If they're still advertised they are still available! We will keep this updated regularly and keep chicks advertised in this category until they are off heat (however please look at the date in which the chickens hatched, do not expect them to be the same size as in the photo).

Definition of 'Day Olds':

- The term "day olds" specifically refers to chickens, even though the hatch dates of chicks in a batch may differ by a few days due to staggered hatching times.

Essential Requirements for Taking Day-Old Chicks Home:

- You must have a suitable brooder setup with a heat source, such as a heat lamp or plate, to keep the chicks warm.
- Provide proper bedding, chick starter feed, and a clean water source to ensure their immediate care needs are met.

Understanding Gender Probabilities:

- Day-old chicks are unsexed, meaning there is an equal 50% chance of the chick being a rooster or a hen.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to plan for the care of roosters, including any local regulations or noise considerations.
- We do not accept returns of roosters, so please ensure you are prepared for this possibility before purchasing.
