Hello, my name is Jasper Bowles. I am a Civil Engineering student, graduating in the Spring of 2022, with commissioning into the U.S. Navy as an Ensign. Originally being from Ceiba, Puerto Rico and moving around the east coast my whole life, has sparked my interest in being a civil engineer. My goal is to take the knowledge and research done through civil engineering to apply it to the Navy and eventually the civilian sector.
