Hi, my name is Alexis Rose Smith. I am a senior studying Civil Engineering with a focus in environmental engineering.

I am from SWFL, but when I am not in Daytona Beach for school, I live on a boat in Mississippi.

As a student on campus, I've been involved with organizations such as the dance team, Sigma Kappa Sorority, and ASCE. I also helped to establish the Food Recovery Network on campus, through which we have donated over 1,000lbs of food since its inception.

My passion has always been sustainability, and I look forward to where this research will lead us.
