A City Hall That Works for Residents
Accountability is one of the biggest concerns I hear from residents across Ward 2. People do not only care about what decisions City Hall makes. They care about how those decisions are made.
Too often, residents feel they hear about major projects, developments, infrastructure changes, or Council decisions after the fact. That needs to change.
I will advocate for earlier public consultation, plain-language communication, quarterly Ward 2 public meetings, community advisory committees, budget transparency, public progress updates, and a Ward 2 dashboard so residents can track projects, service requests, and commitments.
Residents deserve to know what is being proposed, how decisions are made, where public money is going, and whether results are actually being delivered.
Technology should also make government easier to access, not more confusing. That is why I support digital tools, including a Ward 2 AI Community Assistant, to help residents find information and navigate City services.
Trust is earned through openness, consultation, and measurable results. Ward 2 deserves accountable leadership.
