Outdoor Living Under $100,000

Originally planned before the Gray Fire, this project took on new meaning after the wildfire destroyed the owners’ house and shop. Two years later, the team returned to complete a landscape transformation alongside the newly rebuilt home.

The project restored fire-damaged hardscape elements while creating a more functional and low-maintenance outdoor environment. Updates included a modern irrigation system, new plantings, and a spacious lawn, all while complementing the natural lakeside setting. 

The result is a beautiful, resilient landscape that exceeded the homeowners’ expectations.
