Commercial Under $500,000

Designed by McKenzie Medeiros and Tom Wiseman with Wiseman and Associates, this project was a full transformation of an underutilized commercial space into a vibrant, high-end dining experience. 

The bar became the visual anchor, requiring precise integration of lighting, finishes, and sightlines. The result is an energetic, welcoming, and highly functional bistro.
