Historic Renovation/Restoration

This remodel breathed new life into a 1912 Craftsman home, adding 324 square feet to create a third bedroom and second full bathroom while preserving the home's historic character. 

Designed by Lisa Staton Design for a growing family, the project balanced thoughtful modernization with respect for the home's roots.

The result is a functional, character-rich home that seamlessly blends history, craftsmanship, and modern family living.
