F. Bangoy National High School – Senior High School is committed to providing essential school services that support the health, safety, discipline, and overall well-being of its learners. The school ensures that students have access to proper health care through its school clinic, which provides immediate assistance for minor injuries, illnesses, and emergency situations during school hours. The clinic also promotes health awareness by encouraging proper hygiene, cleanliness, and healthy lifestyle practices, helping students remain physically fit, safe, and ready to learn.

In addition, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) play an important role in maintaining school discipline, cleanliness, and order. Boy Scouts actively participate in cleanliness drives, health and sanitation campaigns, and school safety activities. They also assist during school events and programs, promoting teamwork, responsibility, and service to the school and community.
