🍽️ TVL – Home Economics (Food Operations / Food and Beverage Services – FOS)

The TVL–HE FOS strand stands for Home Economics – Food Operations / Food and Beverage Services under the TVL Track offered at F. Bangoy National High School – Senior High School.

This strand is designed for students who are interested in food preparation, food service, and hospitality-related work. It focuses on practical skills and service-oriented training for the food industry.

🍽️ What students learn in HE FOS

Students are trained in:

• Food preparation and food handling

• Food safety, sanitation, and hygiene

• Table setting and food service procedures

• Customer service and workplace professionalism

• Kitchen tools and equipment usage

• Basic costing and menu planning

🧑‍🏭 Work Immersion & Certification

• Grade 12 students undergo work immersion in restaurants, catering services, or food establishments.

• Students may qualify for TESDA certification related to food and beverage services.
