Research Assistant
I grew up in Da Nang, Vietnam, and attended college in the United States, where I studied Biochemistry and Data Science. During undergrad, I was trained by Xiaohong Tan, Ph.D. (Chemical Biology) and Massimo Olivucci, Ph.D. (Computational Photochemistry). I completed two summer research internships, one with Khandan Keyomarsi, Ph.D. (Translational Oncology) at MD Anderson Cancer Center and one with Jeremiah Trausch, Ph.D. (Assay Development) at Merck.
After college, I supported two young Principal Investigators in setting up their lab: Christopher Nabel, MD, PhD (Tumor Metabolism) at MIT Koch Institute, and Qing-Lan Ling, Ph.D. (Gene Therapy) at UMass Chan Medical School. Yearning for an adventure and a new culture, I decided to join Ching-Ho Chang Lab as a Research Assistant in Fall 2025.
Outside the lab, I like hiking, eating good food, and exploring uncharted places.
