Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
There is a Time for Everything
1 There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
2 a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
3 a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
4 a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
6 a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
7 a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8 a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
I believe like Solomon that there is a time for everything...But, I do believe as we live out our lives some things are better and make us feel better than other things...And it maybe that we need all these things that Solomon writes about in our lives and in this world...
But in the long run it seems for me personally,
I believe happy is better than sad...
I believe that smiling is better than not smiling or frowning...
I believe that having a friend is better than not having a friend...
I believe that being positive is better than negative...
I believe that Light makes me feel better than darkness...
I believe that feeling eager is better than feeling anxious...
I believe that saying I can is better than saying I can't...
I also believe that faith is always better than no faith...
I believe that hope is always better than no hope..
I believe a faithful attitude is good,
So, I believe our attitude can affect both our faith and hope...
I believe that Goodness is stronger than evil,
So, I believe one day Goodness will conquer all evil...
I believe God is LOVE,
So, I believe that love comes from God...
Therefore, I believe that Love never fails...
And I believe that Love is the strongest force and power in the universe...
