This short meditation is designed to bring immediate calm and healing to your mind. Find a quiet place, sit comfortably, and follow these simple steps.
Step-by-Step Meditation:
Preparation (15 seconds)
Sit comfortably with your back straight and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose, hold it for a moment, and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Breath Focus (30 seconds)
Focus your attention on your breath.
Inhale deeply for a count of four, hold for a count of four, and exhale for a count of four.
Repeat this cycle of breathing, feeling your body relax with each breath.
Body Relaxation (45 seconds)
Starting from your head, consciously relax each part of your body.
Imagine a wave of relaxation moving from your head down to your toes.
Release any tension you feel in each part of your body.
Healing Visualization (30 seconds)
Visualize a warm, healing light surrounding you.
Imagine this light entering your body, starting from your head and moving down to your toes.
Feel the light healing any areas of stress or discomfort.
Positive Affirmations (15 seconds)
Silently repeat positive affirmations such as:
"I am calm and at peace."
"I am healing and whole."
"I am filled with positive energy."
Closing (15 seconds)
Take a final deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Gently open your eyes and take a moment to notice how you feel.
