This part of my e-Portfolio presents my final exam output for the course Seminar in Educational Management, one of the most critically intensive subjects in my doctoral course. The exam required to identify issues emerge in the context of leadership, governance, and policy making in the education in the Philippines. I was given an opportunity to illustrate my comprehension of theoretical frameworks while demonstrating how to address to complex issues such as curriculum development, classroom management, the pedagogy of language, and education reform. This final task indicated at my academic progress but also at a more complex understanding responsibility of educational leaders to create more responsive and effective learning contexts.
