About Me 

I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Arts major in Educational Management and hold a Master of Arts in Teaching with a concentration in Mathematics. Strong mathematics education has provided me with a solid basis from which to develop academically and acquire both the technical knowledge and the teaching techniques needed to teach successfully. With an emphasis on improving the systems that support both students and teachers, my doctoral studies are helping me to develop a more thorough knowledge of educational leadership, policy development, and school management.

My scholarly interests focus on closing the gap between institutional management and pedagogical technique. I want to help in the study of creative solutions to educational management that aims at raising educational standards and establishing settings where both teachers and students can flourish. Improving my abilities as a leader and a teacher will help me to significantly and permanently influence the educational system, therefore directing next generations towards success.
