That this affidavit is being executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No._____, Series of ______ as well as to show proof that my total aggregate landholding inclusive of the land subject of the above-mentioned transaction does not exceed five (5) hectares;
That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal intents and purposes that it may legally serve;
