Calculate how many boards you will need to make the top.
Joint the edges.
Use the Biscuit Jointer to join them up.
Glue Using Bar Clamps. Use more than you think.
Next Day: Run through the planer to get to correct thickness making sure to clean up both sides.
Mark the center by drawing diagonals from the corners.
Create a compass by drilling a small hole for a screw to go through, and a bigger hole that will hold a pencil tightly.
Draw your circle using your compass.
Cut out using band saw and disc sander.
Using the 2x4 - 90 degree jig clamped to the fence, router the top and bottom of your stool.
Prep your boards by chopping 1" longer than needed, (No Planing) Jointing, ripping to width, rolling and ripping to thickness.
Chop at correct angle and bevel.
Make a mark and set a stop to the correct length.
Critical:
Slider your board up to the stop. Do not roll the board or the angle will be wrong!!!!!!!
