This page displays my current involvement and interests within the university and my community!
Net Impact UC Consulting is the student-led sustainability consulting branch of Net Impact at the University of Cincinnati. We partner with mission-driven organizations to deliver pro bono, impact-driven consulting projects that address environmental and social challenges.
As the Chief of Consulting and former Director of Client Acquisition, I led project acquisition, oversaw client relationships, and supported student consultants in delivering strategic recommendations across sectors such as sustainable transportation, ESG reporting, and community development.
Queen City Consulting is the premier consulting organization at the University of Cincinnati which provides pro bono, high-impact consulting services for businesses in the Greater Cincinnati area.
As an analyst/consultant, I conduct market research, evaluate clients’ operations and their business strategies to provide key insights and develop recommendations to help them overcome their challenges and boost growth. Last semester, I worked with Sub X Running, a local running apparel brand, to help them implement pricing strategies, website optimization, and identify profitable partnerships to boost outreach and ecommerce sales.
I work as the Director of Treasury Affairs in the UC's Undergraduate Student Government. I enhance on-campus experience by managing finance and funding for events and initiatives of 10+ colleges. After evaluating the process of reviewing purchase requests for colleges, I streamlined the process of distributing funds by removing redundant steps and creating more effective request forms so colleges could receive funding in a timely manner.
I work as a Project Leader/Financial Manager at Queensland Foundation, which is a charity foundation based in Hanoi, Vietnam which partnered with local government in Northern rural and mountainous regions in Vietnam to help disadvantaged communities.
I managed financial reports and publish weekly updates for philanthropists about the progress of fundraising projects. I also led social media campaigns the promote the fundraising projects. I led a team of over 20 members to organize fundraising activities such as tutoring, selling vegetarian foods, talent shows, etc.
My proudest achievement was when I helped a people’s committee in Yen Minh, a disadvantaged province, utilize their limited funding for medical equipment and food supply. This is a challenge that people and communities in remote areas face as they struggle to identify what to invest in when receiving subsidies and resources. Through non-profit causes, I strive to recognize those problems where funding is needed the most and help alleviate the irrationality in allocating resources.
