During the summer, I embarked on a transformative journey as a Data/Business Analyst Intern at GSM Vietnam (Green-Smart-Mobility), an innovative company that brought Vietnam's first pure electric taxi service, Green SM Taxi, to life. 

Throughout the internship, I had numerous responsibilities and worked on multiple projects. I was tasked with conducting comprehensive data analysis to produce daily reports on various aspects of the business. My data-driven insights were used to assess the performance of different business strategies, such as promotions, dynamic pricing, and customer segmentation. In addition, I also engaged in cross-functional collaboration with teams in operations, marketing, and finance by communicating KPIs through data dashboards. 

This internship reaffirmed my passion for data analytics and its transformative potential in the business world. It solidified my desire to pursue a career in Data & Business Analytics. In addition, the technical and soft skills I developed during my internship are transferable to various industries and I am better equipped to tackle complex data challenges and communicate findings effectively. Lastly, the experience of contributing to a sustainable mobility solution ignited my interest in environmental and sustainable initiatives. 

In the future, I intend to seek opportunities where I can merge data analytics with sustainability efforts.
