Ideation

Given an concept (idea) to start developing. We started by writing down problems and constructing solutions visually. 

We ideated on various topics, which were possible texture of the toys, what kind of toys the baby would like and how we could attach the toys to the car.

One thing that we found out was that the toys could not be attached to the seat in front, the door or even the roof. This was mostly because of accessibility or safety concerns. Instead we came up with a straightforward and effective solution; a belt with attached toys between the handle of the Maxi-cosi.

The next step was to find out what toys would be most exiting. After discussion we came to the conclusion that soft cuddly animals with different textures and fabrics were the way to go. After this we decided what kind of animals to include. Different themes were considered. Farm animals, safari animals, sea life, land animals. In the end we went with Sealife, this fits the colour collage of the pinterest board the best and the theme offers a wide range of textures and fabrics.
