DSRC - Sailwave Flexi Export - Why and how?
Why?
Sailwave - Import is supper flexible and helps to Guess what to import.
It matches to Competitors that match ALL the competitor fields you import.
You probably want to match on Class & Sail No
You may or may not want to match on Helm and or Fleet
You may or may not want to match on Fleet.
It Import all the Race fields that Match - Unless "IGNORED"
You probably want to import Elapsed Time / Finish (time in clock time) or Place (Class / Pursuit)
You may want to import Laps, Rating / RaceRating, Fleet, Corrected
Flexi Export - allows the DSRC to set the headings in the exported file so Sailwave always guesses correctly.
How?
Settings - Edit Sailwave Headers
I tend to add spaces so Sailwave can't match them ie Set Rating to R a t i n g to exclude
Sailwave Now also supports import of Racedate and Racetime.
