During the corona virus pandemic, myself and my group members meet online every Sunday evening to discuss some interesting topics in physics and mathematics. human ear_rk.pdfA lecture about the human ear given by me last year titled 'The “Acoustoelectrochemical” Biophysics of Hearing - A Wonderful Journey of sound from outside to ur Neural Schema and the Brain!'
Acoustoelectrochemical is the word i coined for the physics and chemistry inside the human ear. The lecture discusses about how the ear works and how the electrochemical potentials developed in the neurons trigger the electrical pulses which ultimately is sent to the brain.
