General Reference Books will be:
Introductory Quantum Mechanics by Richard Liboff: A very well written book for both beginner and advanced readers. Worth reading.
The Feynman Lectures on Physics (Volume-3) by Richard P Feynman: A classic book on basic quantum mechanics, not mathematically detailed but it has lots of interesting ideas that can sharpen your mind for some out of the box thinking.
Quantum Computation and Quantum Information by Nielsen and Chuang: The bible of quantum computing and quantum information which you should read.
Introduction to Quantum Technologies by Alto Osada, Rekishu Yamazaki, Atsushi Noguchi: A modern book, but read it after you have understood basics of quantum mechanics.
