CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organization (CSIR-CSIO) on Tuesday dated June 14, 2022 signed an MoU with The Polytechnic of Leiria, Portugal. The MoU was signed by Prof. Anantha Ramakrishna, Director CSIR-CSIO, on behalf of Central Scientific Instruments Organisation and Prof. Rui Pedrosa, President, Polytechnic of Leiria.

Both CSIR-CSIO and The Polytechnic of Leiria share a common vision for conducting cutting edge research in the areas of 3D printing and direct digital manufacturing which is applied to Agriculture, Environment, Biomedical, Healthcare and Food Science and have come together and signed an MoU to work in a collaborative manner to pursue the development and commercialization of products for sustainable and secure societies.
