Recruiting 

Recruiting is arguably one of the most important LDRs that our Unit operates on. We go to nearby middle schools, schools that directly pool their graduating students to us, and show our unit and its achievements. This helps raise interest in joining our Corps of Cadets. We also go to middle schools that don't "feed" into Deep Run High School, and we explain to them about the process of getting a JROTC Variance; This allows them to come to Deep Run High School instead of their zoned high school.
