Raiders is our athletic club. If you like to run, exercise, and get dirty, this is perfect for you! Cadets usually warm up by doing stretches, push ups, sit-ups and other warm up exercises and then run a mile or two around the woods. Cadets also learn something called "rope bridge" which is a very fun and important skill. Cadets also learn fireman's carry and litter carry. Cadets play games like soccer or frisbee after they are done running. Raiders is the best way to build endurance. Cadets build sportsmanship and get a chance to make new friends and hangout with their peers during raiders.
