Being a Medical Physiologist i have learned that the machine of the human body is a self sustaining ,self healing and a self repairing system .it is therefore necessary to understand and follow the principles and practices that keep this body in condition.
As a Yog Teacher , i have tried to combine the principles of both, the Medical science and the age old Indian cultural wisdom of YOG , and have emerged with a new system of combo fitness.
The body that was produced(by nature) in most of the cases is perfectly tested ok at birth ,which means everything was manufactured perfectly well and functioning well. then what goes wrong with increasing age ,that brings the diseases and aging. we know our forefather use to live healthy for long number of years ,may be they used their body more appropriately than us .the modern day lifestyle has brought in new habits and health challenges that
