Since in 1976, Joseph McMahon founded and named the company, McMahon Associates, Inc. The company has specialized in delivering innovative engineering, planning, design and transportation technology solutions to their clients. The company gained full recognition from not just the Philadelphia region but also New England and Florida regions as well.
With the assistance from the Neurodiversity in the Workforce, also known as SpArc Philadelphia, I was received a two month intern at the Philadelphia Office of McMahon. With this new opportunity, I was more focused on getting the objectives done and gained more experience with AutoCAD faster than my former employer, Philadelphia Water Department. This will lead me to gain more opportunities that regards to the transportation engineering, including getting a full time position at McMahon.

I was able to redraw the bike lines that will be positioned along the median of Spring Garden Street from Delaware Avenue to Pennsylvania Avenue using Google Maps and AutoCAD. This will allow bikers to travel in their lanes without encountering any automobiles that will obstruct their path or cause an accident.

I was able to input the figures based on their respective as well as the photographs that include the ramps from each corner of the intersection of the street when I used the paper drawings with the at-grade percentages and google maps.
